Here at Rise and Walk Church, the Evangelism Ministry is a serious, vital, and non-negotiable divine agenda. Our mission is “To bring people out of darkness into the light of the gospel,” and that is what we stand for. Our goal is to intentionally engage with our local and global communities to save people from hell by preaching the Gospel of salvation—that Jesus saves, heals, and delivers. We share this message with those who are not yet born again and are seeking a Savior, as well as those who want to rededicate their lives to Christ Jesus.
What is Evangelism?
Evangelism is the explicit sharing of the Christian Gospel message. It focuses on communicating that God loves humanity and offers forgiveness and a restored relationship through Jesus. It can be conveyed through verbal explanation combined with a lifestyle of love, kindness, and service. The main goal is to invite people to faith and lifelong discipleship, leaving the ultimate result of conversion to God.
